Premium Gift Earbags
Earbags are perfect for advertising. Expose a company logo in a subtle and discrete yet noticeable way. They can be embroidered or embossed by heat or with rubber, they can be made with flocking, transfers, screen printing, laser cut woven labels, and different types of applications as well as illustrations through sublimation.
This is a selection of Earbags with logotypes which have been used at special events, as Christmas gifts, giveaways and staff equipment by different companies and institution.
The first sample shown on this page, the NRJ logo is embroidered with 2043 stitches on each Earbag. The multi colour embroidery has its limitation in showing details of a logo. there are other techniques that might be more suitable.
The second sample is the EUROSPORT logo where a laser cut woven label has been heat glued on micro fleece. With this kind of label even the finest details can be shown in contrast to the embroidery.
The third is the composite logo of the Torino 2006 Olympics and the SANPAOLO Bank which was screen printed on micro fleece. Even multi colours can be made in this technique and fine details achieved.
The fourth shown is the NICKELODEON logo made in flocking technique on regular fleece in this case. It is preferable to use micro fleece since the flocking material will be better affixed to the fleece surface. Unicolour is standard, but even 2-3 more colours are possible, adding considerable to the price, though. Quantities normally 500 pairs or more.
The fifth sample is the Stella McCartney/Adidas design made in transfer technique on micro fleece. With a transfer the finest graphic or design can be achieved. The disadvantage is a plastic feeling when touching it.
The sixth sample shown is a heat embossed Cevitt® logo on micro fleece. This is the most economical personalisation as well as the most discreet one where the small details can be clearly seen on close distance.
The final sample is made in rubber embossing where the logo can be different from that of the fleece. In this case yellow "earbags" on blue fleece.
The Premium Gift Earbags are delivered packed in grip bags, but to give the gift more flare we suggest that it is packed in a nylon bag or a neoprene case, printed with a logo. To increase the value of the premium gift Earbags, they can be equipped with SOUNDears.
